Updated October 8, 2026. MenuSprig is a menu and promotional display service for small businesses, operated by Hangzhou Yunqing Technology.

Plans and trial

The screen service costs USD $6.99 for one month or $69.99 for one year per screen. This is a one-time purchase of a service period, with manual renewal. No automatic debit. A 14-day trial starts when an account first confirms a screen; removing and adding screens does not restart it. Up to 3 screens and 100 MB media per account. Video limits: H.264 MP4, 1080p, 60 seconds and 15 MB.

Payments and cancellation

Payment is enabled only when the checkout service is configured. Purchases are completed on PayPal and confirmed by the server. You may stop renewing at any time. Existing downloaded menus may remain on the screen after expiry; new cloud updates require an active period. Contact support within 14 days of a purchase if the service does not work on your supported TV; we will troubleshoot or arrange a refund. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Compatibility

The TV app targets Samsung Tizen 6.5 or later, landscape displays. Availability depends on model, region and Samsung approval. Open the app after switching on your TV; automatic startup, remote power control, commercial panel durability and 24-hour unattended operation are not promised. Browser preview does not establish TV compatibility.

Your menu and media

You retain ownership of your content and grant permission to store, process and display it for this service. Upload only content you have permission to use. Verify prices and promotional dates before publication. Keep a fallback menu for network, device or service outages. Do not upload unlawful content or attempt to access other merchants’ accounts.

Support and deletion

Contact hzlinj@126.com. Export and account deletion are available in the studio. Deleting an account does not automatically request a refund; contact support about any remaining paid period first.
